If you need to cancel more than 30 days outside of your reservation, you can either move your reservation to a new date, or you can receive a credit for a future reservation within one year. We do not give refunds or credits for any changes to the reservation within 30 days under any circumstances.
Yes, basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Other items such as toothpaste, shaving materials, and lotions are not.
Our joke is that the animals go to Florida for the winter, but the truth is that all of the animals are out all year long at June Farms! They all have their own shelters and barns, but they are perfectly happy in the winter months as well. You can visit with the animals all year long!
The Farmhouse, The Wellness Huts, The Pig Sty, and The Lake House, and all 3 cabins in TimberTown are all dog friendly.
Because we have have so many private events, it is likely that the bar and restaurant will not be open during your stay. Our calendar is only updated about one month out. Even if the bar and restaurant are closed, you will still thoroughly enjoy your stay at the farm, and there are many local bars and restaurants for you to enjoy.
Regardless if there is a private party, you will still be able to walk around and experience June Farms and see all the animals!
All of the cabins have Wifi except for the cabins in TimberTown. Guests who rent those cabins will need to go to The Pony Barn to access the Guest Wifi.
In order to use a cabin for a photoshoot, you would need to get our permission beforehand, and would need to reserve the cabin the night before your shoot and the night of your shoot.
The TimberTown cabins all come with a complimentary golf carts, but the other cabins require renting a golf cart. Most cabins have a golf cart next to the cabin that is rented via a QR code. You will pay for the rental, and then the lockbox code will be sent to your phone. You can enjoy the golf cart throughout your entire stay!
The Pig Sty is the most accessible for anyone with mobility issues.
We use Keetsa and Casper Mattress at June Farms.

Yes, there is a Hannaford grocery store about 5 minutes down the road. You can also Instacart a grocery order and it can be delivered to June Farms for you.

No. All cabins are intended to be self check in. If you have any questions, please call Michelle or Matt prior to your visit for any questions you may have. All check in details are automatically sent to your email or phone days prior to check in.
The Wellness Huts, The Pig Sty at June Farms, and The Lodge are the most kid friendly. The Lodge, however, requires climbing a steep ladder to get to the loft with the 2nd king bed.
Although there is no swimming on property, we do have lake access about 10 minutes up the road. Please ask your personal Concierge for details on this paid experience.
Yes! We do our best to keep the the walking trails plowed and in good shape for cross country skiing, so bring your skis!
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. Once your stay is booked, you can reach out to your personal concierge for the possibility of an early check in or late check out.
Yes! If you call Matt at (518) 444-3276 we can take a payment over the phone and the recipient can reach out to us when they are ready to book their stay.
